The Yuki clan (雪一族, Yuki Ichizoku) lived in the Land of Water. Some time ago, the country was in the midst of a civil war. In this war, different sides battled each other using ninja, some of whom possessed kekkei genkai. After the war ended, memories of the horrific battles still lingered in the minds of the people, causing wide-spread persecutions against those with kekkei genkai. Because of this, the Yuki clan, whose members carried the Ice Release kekkei genkai went into hiding.

[Ice Creationist]
Every member of the Yuki clan holds the ability to create Ice and different forms of Ninjutsu at will, this allows the Yuki to be in essence masters of their chakra control to create devastating combinations with their Ice Jutsu.

Universal: Begin with Water, Wind, and Ice Elements
Genin: +1 to Wisdom Rolls, +1d4 to Ninjtusu Damage
Chunin: +2 to Wisdom Rolls, +1d6 to Ninjtusu Damage
Jounin: +3 to Wisdom Rolls, +1d8 to Ninjtusu Damage

[One-Handed Seals]
All of the Yuki clan hold the unique ability to manipulate the Ice and Chakra within them and around them with only a single hand. This means even while physically stunned or grappled down they may flash through the seals with one hand, utilizing their jutsu for far less chakra and at the same time doing so without the need of normal resources.

Universal: May Use Ninjutsu While Physically Stunned, Requires no Water to use Ice/Water Jutsu.
Genin: +10 Total CP, -2 to CP Costs (Min 1)
Chunin: +15 Total CP, -3 to CP Costs (Min 1)
Jounin: +20 Total CP, -4 to CP Costs (Min 1)

All Yuki hold their own unique traits with their Ice abilities, it all depends on the user and how they with to bend and control this chakra to truly initiate and morph it into their own unique abilities however.
(Yuki may make 1 free Jutsu of C/B/A/S rank but must be manually learned after C rank.)

At Mina's ''Graduation'', Etsuko strengthened her with Chakra. Little did Etsuko know, that it would morph. Spurred on by Mina's strong desire and will to help her adoptive mother, the chakra infused in her, infused with Mina's own unique chakra, and formed almost a life on it's own. As Mina already possesed the innate ability to fuse two elemental chakrs, she instantly understood the concept, and could apply that to Chakra and Ice. By combining Chakra and Ice, she could create Ice without any trace of either Wind or Water, creating ''Pure Ice''. The Chakra in the ice would destroy chakra upon touching, and the ice would be have a very higher potential for lethality. The problem with Pure Ice element, is that it is not easy to mold an already combined element, with Chakra element, but with time it is doable. By first channeling the element Chakra, she can temoprarily expel any influences in her body that blocks her from summoning Ice. Once the ice itself is formed, it is of no matter, and combing them, means it is no longer, what is commonly known as an elemental chakra. It is Pure Ice.

Universal: User may Learn and Use "Chakra" techniques without any negatives as per normal rules.
Universal: May see Chakra Networks and Read CP Levels / Elements.
May make 1 of E-S rank Jutsu for Pure Ice element.

Genin: +1 WIS , +10 HP and CP
Chuunin: +2 WIS , +15 HP and CP
Jounin: +3 WIS , +20 HP and CP

* Pure Ice is considered Chakra Infused ice. Therefore, anything that effects Ice Jutsu does not effect Pure Ice. Any bonuses that "Chakra" and Ice techniques gain apply to pure ice jutsu.

[Chakra Heart]



After realising how special Mina is to Etsuko, she sat down and took the time to focus her mind to allow her and Mina to have contact nearly all the time. After creating a blue heart from her chakra, and solidyfying it, she allows her chakra to enter within the heart and hold the shape. Her chakra would be locked within the heart, and only be activeatable by Mina in the tims of need. The chakra itself would have an essence of Etsuko sealed within, allowing Mina to call for her mother if she needs her in the tide of battle, or if she ever needs to get to her. The chakra itself would have a direct link to Etusko, no matter where she is, allowing for the two to be in perfect communication no matter the situation. This can be a good and bad thing, as Mina is able to find where Etsuko is and see what she is doing at all times, and vice versa. The heart itself would pulse gently with the blue chakra that comes from within Etsuko, allowing for the illusion that the heart itself is Alive. This has become extremley precious to Mina, and never leaves her side as it allows her to keep a part of her mother with her at all times, knowing the love that the two share and the unbreakble bond between them.

1) Free Action - DEF Turn Only) May Summon a spirit of Etsuko to DEF for her, using Mina's WIS +2 (Bonuses Apply). (3x Per Fight) - 30 Tokens
2) Free Action) May Contact / Locate and travel to Etsuko utilizing the amulet of Etsuko's chakra. (May Escape Fights with WIS +2 Using This) - 20 Tokens

(Note: Both Etsuko and Mina must both me online at the time of Mina contacting / travelling to Etsuko, as it utilizes Etsuko's chakra and she is the cause of the teleportation, and must pay 8 CP.)

RP Description: Using the ability of the Yuki bloodline to create water and ice from nothing, you increase the mass of ice technique you are using, mixing it with an extra dash of chakra to give it an extra lethality, sharpening it, and making it more deadly
PVP Effect: Free Action) +1d6 DMG to a Hyoutan or Pure Hyoutan Jutsu. If use with normal Hyoutan, the Jutsu irself is turn into Pure Hyoutan.
Special Note: Can not be used on DEF Jutsu. Must be stated Before the ATK roll is made.

Pure Hyoutan: Twinkle Star

RP Description: Using the superior chakra control, combined with ice, you create a globe of ice that is attached to your will. It floats around you, the size about your head. It reacts to your will, so whenever you attack someone, it throws a shard of ice, almost like a cannon, at the target. It then regenrates the shard, as the moist in the air is drawn into it, and crystalized into pure ice.
PVP Effect: Creates a globe of pure ice, that floats around the caster. Each round, it will attack the same target as the caster, with a shard of pure ice, that does 1d6 damage (No Bonuses), using casters highest stat (No Bonuses). It only attacks when caster does. Lasts for 1d4+1 Rounds

Pure Hyoutan: Ice Spike Hail

RP Description: All Pure Ice Jutsu of a certain level takes time to form, but they are also that more powerfull. Ice Spike Hail forms dozens of sharp ice spikes, each the size of a finger, and very sharp. Then the target is showered in them contiously.
PVP Effect: Takes 1 round to charge. Pay half of the chakra cost on the 1st round, and rest on the casting of the jutsu. Jutsu does 5d6+5 damage and target suffers -2 to ATK/DEF Rolls for 1d4-1 (Min 1) rounds

Hyouton: Chained Lances
Jutsu type: Ninjutsu

RP describtion: 4 Handseals, the Yuki user utilizes their special chakra, to create 4 spikes made out of solid ice. They then add the 5th handsela, and form a chain, interlinking them all. It then speeds towards the user after the Yuki uses the hand that formed the sign, to make a gesture at target. The ice lances then pierce the body, the chains would still chain the target to the ground, or an object
PVP: 2d6 DMG, and target is stunned for 1d4 round (Or Until Hit - Physical)
Special Note: Can be used in DEF against a melee-attack. If used to DEF does 1d8 DMG to Attacker.

Hyouton: Demonic mirroring clone
Jutsu type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Chakra cost: 6 + 3 CP maintance per clone
RP: An unique take on Demonic Mirroring Ice Crystals, The user, instead of forming ice mirrors, form an ice clone, that then takes the shape of them, and looks like them. It shares many properties of the Ice crystals technique. The user is able to instantly jump between the clones, essentially teleporting around, and then stepping out of them. The user is not able to stay inside a clone for long. Becuase of that, the user can also ''see'' what the clones see to some extend, so they relay constant information back to her.
Beside that ability, they are also made out of solid ice, so a single hit is not enough to destroy them. But beyond that, the clones can actually use the ice that makes them up to perform Hyouton techniques, at the cost of their own durability.
PVP Effect: Creates a solid clone.
Special Note 1: Clone's have their own turn, that goes directly after the user.
Special Note 2: Clone's HP Pool is 1/4 of the users CURRENT CP Pool.
Special Note 3: Clone's May do Basic Taijutsu ATK's dealing User's Rank Taijutsu DMG (ATK Rolled with WIS), they may also do C Rank Hyoutan Jutsu that Mina Knows. The CP Cost of the Jutsu is taken from the Clones HP Pool (No CP Reductions Apply) and may never do a Jutsu they do not have the HP For.
Special Note 4: User may have a Maximum number of clones depending on Rank. Genin) 1 Clone, Chuunin) 2 Clones, Jounin) 3 Clones.
Special Note 5: Each clone costs 6 CP to Summon and 3 CP to Maintain. (E.G 2 Clones = 12 CP to Summon, 6 CP Per Round)
Special Note 6: Enemey rolls a 1d6 when ATKing user whilst clones are to, and hit's a clone or user depending on the roll. 1 Clone) 1-3 Hits Clone, 4-6 Hits User. 2 Clones) 1-2 Hits Clone 1, 3-4 Hits Clone 2, 5-6 Hits Users. 3 Clones) 1 Reroll, 2 Hits Clone 1, 3 Hits Clone 2, 4 Hits Clone 3, 5 and 6 Hits User.

RP Description: Moving her hands, Etsuko would summon chakra bombs that would begin to circle her. As she does, she is able to control the chakra bomb's at her will. She is able to send them out at an enemy, damaging them or even block with them to explode and stop an enemies attack.
PvP Effect: Attack) Each Chakra Bomb does 1d4 DMG and can target multiple Opponents. Defense) CHA Based Defence, If Successful, Attacker takes 1d4 DMG (Bypassing DR)

RP Description: Bringing her hand together, Etsuko would pull a whip made of pure chakra from her palm. Once she does this, she is able to whip it outwards, allowing her to reach a target in an instant, or stop an attack on an ally just as quickly.
PvP Effect: Offensive) Stuns Target for 1d4 Rounds (Or until Hit) and each round they take 1 CP DMG that bypasses DR. Defensive) Free Action - May Block for an ally with CHA + 1.
Special Note: If Defensive, may only block C Rank and Below Jutsu, or Basic Attacks.

[Chakra Matron]

RP Desription: Etsuko would allow her chakra to flow freely through her body, making her chakra network become empowered. Her chakra would freely flow outwards from her back, forming two Angel Wings that the impression she is in total control over her body.
PvP Effect: Free Action) User Gains +2 ATK/DEF Rolls, +1d4 Chakra Jutsu DMG Roll
Special Note: This jutsu may be used until the user decides to deactivate it. The user may choose to activate the jutseu a second time, to gain 2x the PvP Effect but must still pay the round maintenance x2 per round.

RP Description: This is more of an immobilization Jutsu. The shinobi creates the required hand-seals (9), then releases their Jutsu. The only way for this Jutsu to be effective, is for the shinobi to be within melee range of their jutsu to work. The Shinobi releases a large blast of wind from their palms, creating a cyclone around the target. If the target tries to break free from the Whirlwind, the eye of it becomes much more violent, sucking oxygen from the center. This Jutsu can be doubled over as a lethal form. The shinobi has the ability to completely remove the oxygen from the center, either knocking the target unconscious, or killing them via suffocation. This Jutsu requires a substantial amount of chakra to use, and large amounts of chakra to maintain for more than three minutes
PvP Effect: Physical Stun for 1d6 Rounds
