Village Information

Getsugakure or Village Hidden under the Moon, is the village the Etsuko has erected to house those that have no home and wish to continue their lives as shinobi. She took the time to create the village in her mind, before hiring those that were required to build it. The destruction of Konoha put a damper on the plans with the death of so many, but little did Etsuko know that the survivors would eventually head her way. Built on the outskirts of Hot Water Country, between Frost and the forest that lines Hot Water, this village is perfect for all. Not only did she rebuild the village, she decided that the rankings of the former villages were to restricting and has instead decided to allow people to work their way through and if proven that they are stronger, be placed on more important missions.

The main street of the village would be lined with beautiful lamps that glow a red at night. Either side would be filled with housing for those that are migrating here, as well as shops and market stools so people can still make a living. The kage building would lay dead ahead from the village gate, so that the Kage can watch the village thrive, as well as keep the unwanted away from the gates. Surrounding the village would be tree lines, but within the tree lines would be a beautiful grove for relaxing in a hot water lake. The whole village would be a beautiful site, and with more people joining day by day, it would seem that the population was continuing to grow. The military of the village would be made up from those that had fled from the ruins of their old villages, or those that had been recruited. The strength of the village was bound to grow large, and it was a matter of time before it would be able to trade with the other villages as a major village.

The village would have been built quickly, but although this is the case, it is not in any means disorganize. It works perfectly as it should, and all those that walk the streets feel safe, which is the goal that Etsuko had in the first place. With each day that passes, the goal that was in mind seems to be getting closer and closer. Those that follow Etsuko have a place, once more, to call home, and that is all that everyone seems to have wanted. The training of new shinobi, the extensive training of already existing shinobi and even being hired for missions by out laying towns / villages is happening on a daily basis. So, the end goal is slowly getting closer and it is slowly becoming apparent, that the dream of a new world could become a reality.
