Note: Must have a Viable story as to why character is alive, and must be approved by the DM Team before character is made.

The Yuki clan (雪一族, Yuki Ichizoku) lived in the Land of Water. Some time ago, the country was in the midst of a civil war. In this war, different sides battled each other using ninja, some of whom possessed kekkei genkai. After the war ended, memories of the horrific battles still lingered in the minds of the people, causing wide-spread persecutions against those with kekkei genkai. Because of this, the Yuki clan, whose members carried the Ice Release kekkei genkai went into hiding.

[Ice Creationist]
Every member of the Yuki clan holds the ability to create Ice and different forms of Ninjutsu at will, this allows the Yuki to be in essence masters of their chakra control to create devastating combinations with their Ice Jutsu.

Universal: Begin with Water, Wind, and Ice Elements, Gaining no more
Genin: +1 to Wisdom Rolls, +1d4 to Ninjtusu Damage
Chunin: +2 to Wisdom Rolls, +1d6 to Ninjtusu Damage
Jounin: +3 to Wisdom Rolls, +1d8 to Ninjtusu Damage

[One-Handed Seals]
All of the Yuki clan hold the unique ability to manipulate the Ice and Chakra within them and around them with only a single hand. This means even while physically stunned or grappled down they may flash through the seals with one hand, utilizing their jutsu for far less chakra and at the same time doing so without the need of normal resources.

Universal: May Use Ninjutsu While Physically Stunned, Requires no Water to use Ice/Water Jutsu.
Genin: +10 Total CP, -2 to CP Costs (Min 1)
Chunin: +15 Total CP, -3 to CP Costs (Min 1)
Jounin: +20 Total CP, -4 to CP Costs (Min 1)

All Yuki hold their own unique traits with their Ice abilities, it all depends on the user and how they with to bend and control this chakra to truly initiate and morph it into their own unique abilities however.
(Yuki may make free Jutsu: 2x E/D/C/B 1x A/S rank but must be manually learned after C rank.)

Description : This Jutsu allows for the Yuki to form basics Ice objects at will without truly focusing on any one thing in particular.

Hyouton: Ice Tools
Type : Ninjutsu

Description : Forms needles freely out of Ice at will within the users hand as an unlimited supply of tools of ice, so to speak.
PVP : Forms 1 Windmill Shurriken, or 3 Senbon/Kunai/Shurriken (Pick One). That gain +2 to their Damage Rolls, and gain the Wisdom Burst Damage Bonus.

[Frozen Chakra]
(100 Tokens, Enhanced Bloodline)
A few of the Yuki clan have the advanced ability to bend their chakra to their will, tot he point its naturally incredibly cold. This freezing ability not only causes their opponents to be extremely slowed when hit, but suffer iceburn, or frostbite causing continuing agony and cold to their body even after it hits.

Universal: Everytime a Yuki's Ninjutsu Hits a Target, the Target Suffers a -1 to Str/Dex/Con Rolls for 1d4 Rounds. Rounds Stack, Negatives do Not.
Genin: Everytime a Yuki's Ninjutsu Hits a Target, the Target Suffers 2 Damage a Round Bypassing DR for 1d4 Rounds. Rounds Stack, Damage Does Not.
Chunin: Everytime a Yuki's Ninjutsu Hits a Target, the Target Suffers 3 Damage a Round Bypassing DR for 1d4+1 Rounds. Rounds Stack, Damage Does Not.
Jounin: Everytime a Yuki's Ninjutsu Hits a Target, the Target Suffers 4 Damage a Round Bypassing DR for 1d4+1 Rounds. Rounds Stack, Damage Does Not.

RP Description: The user of this technique wraps themselves in a super thin layer of ice that is barely noticeable until someone hits them with an attack in which the layer of ice would wrap itself around the fist/weapon and with each other attack would further wrap itself around their attacks until they decide to destroy the ice on them.
PVP Effect: Ken/Tai attacks against user get a cumulative -1 to Atk/Def for 1d4-1 rounds both rounds and minus stack.
Duration: 1d4+1 rounds
Special Note: Opponents cannot be affected by more than 2 uses of this jutsu, per battle.
Special Note: Ice can be taken off if user spends turn doing so.

Icy Ground

RP Description: The user of this technique would form the handsigns and then putting their hands to the ground and would instantly freeze the ground over causing those on it to when they slip up to fall to the floor from the slipperiness of the now frozen ground.
PVP Effect: AOE, on a natural 5 or less on atk/def rolls the opponent auto fails the attempt. When they do get -1 to next atk/def.
Special Note: Does not affect Yuki or anyone with "Ice Release."

RP Description: Upon completion the user creates the illusion of a large vortex of water has encases the target causing the target to see them self trapped inside a rapidly moving vortex of water that appears to reach to the sky.

Ice Wall
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

RP Description: The user would finish the handsigns and in front of them or someone else in sight a wall of ice would form in front of them to take the blow for them.
PVP Effect: DEF) User creates a wall to block an incoming attack.  The wall has 15 HP, and if a successful block is made, the DMG that would have been taken from the user is take by the wall instead.  If enough damage is dealt to destroy the wall the attack goes on like normal with -15 damage.  If the wall is still standing after the original Block the user may use the wall to block all other attacks as a Free Action with a +2 to roll. 
Special Note: The wall cannot regain hp, and no more than 1 wall may be up per user of the technique.

Ice Generation

RP Description: The user of this technique creates multiple blocks of ice across the battlefield.  Which allow ice users to more easily manipulate ice jutsu as they have a premade source of ice to work with.  With the blocks of ice being spread out throughout the area it allows ice users to make their attacks from the ice.
PVP Effect: -2 to Ice jutsu cp cost, ice jutsu gains +1d4+1 damage
Duration: 1d4+1 rounds

Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu "Mist Servant Technique"

RP Descriotion: Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.
PVP: Target is stunned for 1d4 rounds or until hit. Taking damage from Kunai or Shuriken does not break it. Only one Kunai or Shuriken at a time can be thrown.
Special Note: Only the Genjutsu user can throw shuriken/kunai without breaking the stun.

Deddo Hito Kyoukaku (Dead Man's Chest)

RP Description: The target would stumble into an illusion of a giant treasure chest, but its alive and it swallows the target up and locks itself, while the target is in the illusion of the chest they are tortured by visions of ghouls, demons, and other hellish creatures.. their energy draining away from them.

 RP Description: The user of this technique uses wind to first make a ball, the size of a large basketball, of highly compressed air that is then covered over with ice and then shrunk down to the size of a tennis ball with the pressure from the compressed air inside of it waiting for the simplest fracture int it to explode outward.

Blizzard

 Chakra Cost: 10+5 maintenance  
 RP Description: Yami would begin affecting the air in the area causing a blizzard to form.  As the blizzard begins to whip around them it would begin to blind them and prevent any sound from traveling.  As the jutsu continues it would grow colder and overall harsher to be in side of the blizzard if you were not already used to it.
 PVP Effect: Undodgeable
 First round: -5 spot/listen to all, get affected by Frozen Chakra
 Second round: -10 spot/listen to all, get affected by Frozen Chakra, Ice Jutsu used in this also apply Frozen Chakra
 third round: -20 spot/listen to all, get affected by Frozen Chakra, Ice Jutsu used in this also apply Frozen Chakra

Icy Embrace
 Jutsu Type: Genjutsu

 Chakra Cost: 20+3 per round maintenance
 RP Description: As she hugs the target wings of ice would begin to form from her back and would enclose the two in an icy embrace.  As this is happening the target would begin to lose their will to do anything, fading into unconsciousness, as the ice would begin to spread over them turning them into a human ice sculpture.
 PVP Effect: 2d4 rounds unconscious taking 2d4 CP damage a round and half that as health bypassing DR.  +1 to break DC as the Genjutsu continues to a max of +5.  Both gain 10 DR.
 Special Note: Cannot defend against attacks while maintaining jutsu.
 Special Note: Cannot attack others while maintaining jutsu.
 Special Note: Does not require handsigns
