Junsuina Waru is known throughout the shinobi world as the perfect evil, his ability to jump between our realm and the realm of the dead create a problem that needs to be dealt with. The man himself is thousand's of years old. Junsuina Waru only makes himself known every now and then when he requires a new gatherer. The gatherer that Junsuina Waru needs is one that he specially choose, one that he thinks is perfect for the that of the Chakra Karitoriki. The person he chooses would be removed from the physical realm for a small amount of time, whilst their body is reconstructed, and their mind is wiped completely. With their muscle being constructed bit by bit, as their tendons and nerves are removed by Junsuina to be replaced by an impure system which will aid the Tamashi Karitoriki with their job. Their chakra would be empowered with that of the souls that have passed this from this earth, allowing them to use the powers that they are granted. After the reconstruction is completed, they are sent to a place that only Junsuina is able to go, and they will never return to this place ever again. For the weeks that pass, they would spend their time training to becoming the Chakra Karitoriki that they are required to be. Taking their body to all new limits, as their chakra control becomes something that only those that no longer exist in the physical realm would understand.

As they are returned to the physical realm, their duties as the Chakra Karitoriki are explained to them by Junsuina. As the Chakra Karitoriki they are expected to remove the chakra networks of those they kill, and those that die around them, sending them onwards to the realm that Junsuina controls. The chakra networks that enter his realm empower him greatly, giving him control over much more and more chakra, on top of his already great source, so that he can accomplish his all time goal. However, the Chakra Karitoriki is able to remove chakra networks from those they kill, or see killed and store them within their own body, aiding them with their mission. The person that is chosen has no memories of what they were before they were converted, and their body has been altered, however, those that they once knew may recognize them. The connection of the Chakra Karitoriki to those that they knew before they were converted is non existence in their mind. There is a rumour, that some of the strongest Chakra Karitoriki will remember those they truly loved, if the bond was so close that either party would die for the other, the Chakra Karitoriki will remember who the person is and the love they had for them.

Etsuko's chakra was already very well maintained, and her control was great, thanks to her puppetry control, that certain memories were retained. There is five people that she remember, two of which she remembers things about, the other three she just remembers their faces but not their names. She also has weird markings on her body. Her chest, surrounding her bust, and her back in the shape of two tribal angelic wings, would be slight blue glowing lines. On closer inspection, those that get this close would be able to realise that his is her actual chakra network that is pushing outwards to her skin, allowing for it to be seen very clearly. It is also visible that she is able to actually control and move her chakra network around her body, technically moving her tenketsu. On top of this, Etsuko is unable to feel the heat or the cold, and was stripped of all emotions but two. She is only able to feel anger, causing her to become the Chakra Karitoriki that she was suppose to become, and she was allowed, by her master, to feel love. The love she feels is mostly directed to the two that she remember completely, and she, in time, will slowly remember some of the times they spent together. But, as promised by her master, she would never forget her one true love.

More recently, Etsuko's mind was wiped once more by her master, as he deemed it necessary to pull her memories from those that were close. She forgot all the times she had spent with people, all the memories she had made, and some of the most important things. She was only allowed to remember those moments where something great had happened, and her life had changed for the good, worse or she had changed the world in some way. Although she lost her memory, she still remembers faces and those around here that she has met, so not all hope is lost.

Etsuko's body was ripped apart, and put back together to create the Chakra Reaper, in the image that Junsuina Waru wished for her to be. Taking her from the realm of mortals, into a place he saw fit, he removed her from this earth as a human, and returned her, in what he describes, as the perfected shinobi. Her body has an unusual hue to it, which would suggest, she herself, is in fact an empty vessel filled with just chakra. The strength of the chakra that flows through her body, to be exact the chakra is Junsuina's, is almost a beautiful sight, if not for the satistic mind of the Chakra Reaper. The control that Etsuko shows, is almost perfection (In her and Junsuina's eyes) and forces her to see herself as a god, and try and force this image onto others.

The body that Etsuko now possess, has forced her mind and body to forget what she once was, and enter the impure state of the Chakra Reaper. The way she acts and talks, is luring to anyone, almost begging for them to come closer so she can complete her body. The way she moves has also changed, the small frail body, into one that is able to move quickly, reacting almost instantly to the threats that she is faced with. The perfection of her body (As she and Junsuina see it) allows for her to believe she is stronger then most of those around her, causing her to have a confidence that most people wouldn't have. The chakra that flows through her body, allows her to be the shinbo that Junsuina needs for his reaper, but also the shinobi that Etsuko wished she could be.

With the amount of training that Etsuko puts herself through, her body has become perfect, in her own eyes, and the strength of her chakra and jutsu seems to be reaching it's peek. Etsuko has been training countless hours every day, perfecting the chakra jutsu that she has created, allowing for the damage output of them and her actual control over them to come to a new level, that can rival some kage's. With each jutsu that she uses, the power that is shown is extremley potent, most that see it coming their way, do not live to tell the story anymore. THis has increased her chakra control to a whole new level, allowing for her to perfect her use of it, and become the perfect Karitoriki that is needed.

.: Perfected Targeting :.
Chakra Karitoriki's main form of offence, is the use of their own chakra and those chakra networks that they have captured, as weapons. Using their knowledge of chakra, and how to control it, the Chakra Karitoriki is able to target the interal of any of their targets. This would rend the target, hurting them beyond their skin, and further into their body. This is where the name of Chakra Karitoriki comes from, the targeting of ones chakra system and reaping it from their targets body.
Universal: 5 CP + Jutsu Cost) Must be stated before ATK Roll - When doing Chakra Jutsu, User may choose to do full CP DMG equal to the total HP DMG that would have been rolled from the jutsu. If Jutsu crits, Normal crit rules don't apply. Instead, Etsuko gains the bonuses of her Chakra Matron jutsu for 1d4+1 rounds without the CP cost*.
(* If she successfully crits multiple times in a row the rounds stack, and the bonuses stack according to Chakra Matron's specific details.)

Chakra Karitoriki's jutsu consist of Dark, Light and "Chakra" techniques. These techniques are unique to the Chakra Karitoriki at the time however, the Chakra Karitoriki may choose to teach those they trust their Dark and Light jutsu, if they have the element. The chakra techniques are teachable to anyone they Chakra Karitoriki chooses, but must be learnt at 1 gate higher and with 2x the CP Cost per roll

User may create 3 E/D/C/B and 2 A/S Jutsu. E-C Rank Jutsu are Automatically known, B - S must still be Learnt.

Junsuina created Etsuko's new body as a simple Vessel for the Chakra Karitoriki, but the mind of Etsuko is completely her own, however her past has been forgotten. The vessel itself has been empowered with that of Junsuina's realm, and all of those chakra networks that were removed prior to Etsuko becoming the Chakra Karitoriki. This allows her veseel to take more of a beating then most, which in turn allows the Tamashi Karitoriki to fight for longer, thus allowing her to gather more chakra networks so that Junsuina and her may be come stronger..

With the months of training that etsuko has put herself through, her body and her chakra network has expanded greatly. Her body has begun to heal itself slowly with each hit that she takes, and now she has allowed herself to perfect her body. With each cut or punch she takes would not leave a mark on her body. If she is cut deep, her body may bleed for a moment, but the density of her skin and the amount of abuse her body is used to taking, would allow for her to withstand it and continue fighting. Her chakra network has become so in-depth and adapted so greatly that the chakra would move into the wounds, moulding into the actual tissue itself as her body would allow for her to keep on fighting no matter how much damage she takes. Her chakra has become so in-sync, that with her phasing, she is able to break her body apart and slowly mould into her surroundings, allowing her to hide almost flawlessley all the time. This has become extremley helpful with her missions, as she is able to get the upperhand in most battles.
Universal: Does not Physically bleed, bruise or scar.

[Mortality]
With the recent events of the Kichida Clan conflict, Etsuko has discovered that her ever longed for immortality has been removed. With the act of choosing to save one of the Kichida's, she sacrificed a part of her own living soul, to save their life. Giving a part of her chakra to the person in question, her immortality was removed, and essentially made her human once more. Although the perk of no bruising, bleeding or actively showing any imperfections still exists, the frighting fact for Etsuko is that she is now mortal. Not only is she mortal, but those that are capable of killing her, and want her killed, know this and will actively be hunting her. Although she is mortal, the chakra within her is still her main life source, and even at the brink of death, she has the chance to live.

Universal: Etsuko does not die if she hits 0 HP or beyond. (Up to a maximum of -40). She may use her chakra to heal herself at a cost of 3 CP per -1 HP. (E.G -15 to 0 HP healed = 45 CP Spent).  If she goes below 40 CP while doing this, she will suffer -1 to ATK/DEF Rolls and -1 to HP/CP Regen for 1 IRL Day. If she goes under 20 CP while doing this, she will suffer -2 to ATK/DEF Rolls and -2 to HP/CP Regen 1 IRL Day. If she hit's 0 CP while doing this, she must be given immediate medical attention, and be restored to least 25 CP within 5 turns, or 2 IRL hours (Without the use of Chakra Pills). If she is not, she will be permanently killed.
Special Note: Once she is at 0 HP she remains unconscious, unless she did not go below 20 CP, and still has advantage of her HP regen. CP Reductions do not apply to this, but CP Regen applies as normal. This may not be used -UNLESS- Etsuko reaches negative HP. If used within combat, Etsuko is removed from the Initiative Order, and may no longer ATK or DEF for herself. She may still be attacked as per normal rules, and others may DEF for her freely as well. Once she is removed from the Initiative, she may not re-enter it again.

[Five Elemental Scroll]

After travelling for days, Etsuko finally came across the cave she was looking for, a cave housing some of the oldest monks that currently live in the shinobi world. Entering the cave, the monk's eyes slowly turn to look at her, as Etsuko's eyes focus on the single thing she is here for. The legendary Five Elemental Scroll was her target of the day. This scroll, has said to been passed on from generation to generation, and with each new generation, descriptions of jutsu were added. Over the years, the scroll has become so vast that it currently holds hundreds of techniques, giving the owner of the scroll potential to become one of the greatest teachers in the shinobi world. Etsuko's true desire for this scroll, was to teach those that will follow in her footsteps, ultimately, creating an army as to which she could control and allow herself to become a great leader.
Universal: Allows Etsuko to teach Standard Elemental Jutsu to those that have the Elemental Affinity, and gain a +5 to Learning Rolls.*
Universal: Etsuko's allies may choose to "Inscribe" their custom techniques onto the scroll, allowing her to teach those that are capable.^

These clones may use any jutsu that Etsuko knows (Up to C Rank - Only Ninjutsu Burst DMG Bonus Applied). RP Description: Etsuko would take a moment to focus her chakra, allowing her to lock onto a single target. As she does this, she would send out the chakra towards the opponents head. The chakra would pass through the target, pulling any thoughts and memories of Etsuko from within their head, and removing them forever. This allows etsuko to wipe her existence from those she does not wish to be incorporated with.
PvP Effect: CHA vs WIS/INT/CHA) If Target Fails, they forget who Etsuko is and if/why they were fighting her. All memories / Thoughts / Visualizations of Etsuko are removed from their mind forever. If used in battle, the person forgets why they were fighting etsuko, and is unable to ATK her for 1d4+2 Rounds. During this time, Etsuko is able to freely exit the fight, unless someone else stops her.
Special Note: Out Of Battle, Etsuko Gains a +3 to the CHA Roll if Etsuko has physical contact with the target.
Special Note: If using it out of combat, Etsuko must make 2 rolls, both being higher then the opponents to make them forget. If one fails, she may not attempt it again for 24 hours.

RP Desription: Etsuko would lunge forward at a target, extending her hand out with a chakra orb surrounding it. She would grab the targets head, allowing her chakra to enter the targets mind, numbing them and causing them to believe that they are fighting a long side etsuko.
PvP Effect: Target must roll Mental Stat vs Etsuko's CHA. If Fail, Target becomes and Ally of Etsuko for 1d4+1 rounds. On the targets turn, they roll a 1d4. On a roll of 1-2, they take 1d6 DMG bypassing DR, and are not released from the jutsu. On a roll of 3-4, they have to ATK the same target Etsuko targets, but they get to choose how they ATK the person. If the target does less then 10 DMG per ATK, they take 1d6 DMG, bypassing DR, and are not released from the jutsu. If Target is hit via any type of ATK, they are released from this jutsu, and may act normal. Target must DEF every round against any ATK done against them.
Special Note: Target gets a chance to break the DC on Brand on their turn. DC Is equal to Original ATK Roll, and can only be broken with Mental Stats.

RP Description: AFter moving her chakra, Etsuko would form two large Leopards, one on either side of her. The Leopards would be quiet large, standing at around four foot high, and are made of solid chakra so they can not be seen through. She would then make the Leopard's to attack a single target, or one target each. The Leopard's would explode on contact, piercing the target and damaging their inside.
PvP Effect: 2 Leopards) Each Leopard does 1d10 + 1d4 DMG HP DMG and 1/2 DMG to CP. Can target one person, or two people.
Special Note: If both leopards are targeting one person, one ATK roll is made. DMG Bonus's apply once per target.
Special Note: Can be used out of combat to act as a scout. Etsuko loses 15 CP per leopard she sends out, until they return to her (if they are not destroyed) and use her Spot/Listen + 10 to scout.

Since it is considered tampering, it is forbidden and using it can put her up for being hunted.

The chakra would begin to form a huge dome around Etsuko and her allies, creating an impentrable barrier to stop all incoming attacks. If given the time to focus, Etsuko is able to cover a huge area, possibly a village, to block all incoming attacks, and even stop people from coming through.
PvP Effect: Mass AoE Block) Etsuko may block for All Allies that are around her with a +5 to Block Roll. If successfull, Barrier lasts for 1d6+1 rounds and has 50 HP. Noone inside the barrier may ATK outside targets, but may still use Buff Jutsu. Those outside must destroy the Barrier, before targeting those inside. Barrier has 5 DR. These wisps all wear a mask, that allows Etsuko to control each one perfectly. The wisps follow Etsuko's every word, and allow her to become a force that is extremely difficult to deal with. These wisps can be used in many different ways, and can be extremely deadly.
PvP Effect: 1d4+3 Rounds) Summons 5 wisps that Etsuko Controls. Each Wisp deal 1d6 DMG (+ Any Bonuses to damage Etsuko Has). Etsuko may control each wisp separately, allowing her to ATK multiple targets, or a single target. The wisps may DEF for Etsuko, if successful they deal 1d4 DMG (+ Any Bonuses to damage Etsuko Has), and are destroyed in the process. The Wisps are used with Etsuko's CHA and have her bonuses to hit and damage. If multiple wisp's target a single person, only 1 ATK roll is made. If targeting multiple, an ATK roll is made for each Target. DMG Bonuses only apply once per target, even if multiple wisps are used. Wisps have 10 HP each, and can be attacked by targets / AoE jutsu. Wisps may Dodge / DEF if they are attacked, but do not gain any roll bonuses if they are Dodging / DEF for themselves.
Special Note: Etsuko may take her ATK Round as per normal, the wisps follow her in Initiative duration. When wisps DEF for Etsuko, only 1 may DEF for her per DEF action.
